Shipping & Returns
Esky Helicopters uses UPS and USPS to ship our packages. Please read below for details on each carrier.

UPS shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
United States Postal Service
Priority Mail is available for packages that weigh under 1lb. Priority Mail packages are delivered with regular US mail in 1-3 days but it is not guaranteed.

Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends. Customers will usually receive their order in 1-5 business days via ground shipping.

All orders must be placed before 8AM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) for same day shipment.

Canada Orders:
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.

International Shipping:
We currently only ship to the US and Canada.

Our Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued (less a 15% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge), unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. We can only accept returns on products that have not been opened. Please Note: RC products are easily damaged and we can not be held responsible for damage once it has been used.

Our Exchange Policy:
If you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.

Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted. will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items.Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging and brand new condition.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.

If a package is lost or has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, you must contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date for resolution.
